Studio Yori is an independent creative studio run by Sophie Vreugde, based in the Netherlands (KVK 42184019). We offer creative direction, brand experiences, design, digital projects, content and photography.

Studio Yori is responsible for the personal information described on this page.

Through the contact form. When you send us an enquiry, we receive your name, your email address, the type of enquiry you choose, and whatever you decide to write about your project.

If you email us directly. We receive your email address and whatever you send us.

Technical information. Our hosting provider, STRATO, may process standard technical information, such as your IP address and server logs, when you visit the website. This is part of providing the hosting service.

We use the information you send us to read your enquiry, respond to it, and communicate with you about your request.

We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Legal basis. We process enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps towards entering into an agreement with you.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and for as long as we are legally required to keep it.

You can ask us to delete your personal information. We will do so where we are not required to keep it for legal or other legitimate reasons.

When you send the contact form, it goes directly from this website to our mailbox at info@studioyori.com. We do not use a third-party form service, and the website itself does not store form submissions in a database or in files.

Both the website and the mailbox are hosted by STRATO, so STRATO handles your information on our behalf as our hosting and email provider.

We do not share your information with anyone else for their own purposes.

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking.

The fonts you see are hosted on our own website, and the site does not load outside embeds, maps or videos.

The website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are not kept on the website; they are sent by email to our mailbox. We handle your information with care and only keep what we need.

No method of sending information over the internet is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You can also object to how we use it, and ask for a copy of it in a portable format.
